It is a pity that the quality of the web software is so poor. Last week my account showed a £25 credit and I could have renewed my ticket at the correct net discounted price. This week, I cannot see the credit, and it was not deducted from the price they tried to charge for my renewal. Yet again, a shabby fail, and I had to call the ticket office to renew at the correct price.
It is astounding just how unprofessional the commercial side of the club is run. Once we have signed up our allotment of free transfers and loans, maybe the owners could get the club to fix this long running debacle. I dread to think about the integrity of their internet security. |  | | |
