Absolutely 22. There is a whole catalogue of reasons why we have ended up where we have and not one single reason, but those 3 games and Wolves at home (when we were in the lead against 10 men), all against poor opposition will be the games that will have ultimately done us. I have to wonder why we performed so badly in those games and surrendered so meekly and yet turned up against the so called bigger teams - what is the mindset? As a fan I feel let down by the club and the team.
I am not a fan of the PL, I will still go and watch whatever league we are in - I may even enjoy it more, but when I look how our promotion was built on steady growth and progression and how that has been surrendered off the pitch (by bad ownership, poor stewardship and bad decisions) and our time has been surrendered in the PL on it it is quite sickening. Yet, almost as meekly as the players the fans off it have accepted it with barely a whimper. | | | |

Buying untried in the PL players for less than £20m doesn’t cut it
We are now too heavy with Championship quality players apart from KWP, JWP and Lavia. |  |

In theory, it's still all to play for but it's this lazy bottlers of a team that puts a damper on it. I can't see this team pulling off a last minute great escape. They don't have the passion and fight in them and we can't score. | |

You're absolutely right of course and my straw clutching is doing it's best to keep seeing the glass half full - but then the head keeps telling me to stop being a tw@t and accept the inevitable, but you never know, we've beaten City at SMS once this season so can but hope |  | | |
