As opposed to what Nick? All those experienced pros that SR have bought in?

Not sure what your point is, or do you think they should be given a chance to drive the team coach or put out the kit

One thing IS for certain with the already relegated Southampton players on the beach and looking not to get injured (going to Dubz or Miami on crutches ain’t no fun fam) and up against a Brighton team pushing for Europa League then the following week Liverpool, with slim hopes of saving their shit season by snatching a Champions League place, we are in for two defeats.

Selles will play the same old shite as he has done in recent games.

Let’s hope our 4 sellable assets come through the two games without serious injury.

Third time lucky with the next managerial appointment.

We thought that we had the answers, It was the questions we had wrong.

My point is that your article was rather ironic given that one of the main reasons we are being relegated is that SR based it's entire transfer strategy on 'giving youth a chance' (Not so)Fandabedozy, Larios, a keeper about a decade from his peak, etc.

I'm not sure what your point was about coach driving and kit laying out.

I note with some interest the change of narrative on here, after there was some disagreement to my proposal of Ballard playing a role in the Grimsby game, having started a thread to that effect on the day of the game.

And that night ended well…..

Poll: Would you take going down to League 1 if it meant new owners coming in?

The change of narrative is due to the change in circumstances, Brighton was a game we wanted to win, we needed proven players not youth, this game had absolutely nothing on it for us, so give him a run off the bench as what happened.

In fairness it didn't really change much when he came on, it was just a chance to give him some experience

Did we not want to beat Grimsby then?

It would have meant reaching a Cup quarter-final, which I know is high currency for a manager on here.
