Experienced managers who are any good are all in a job.
First, this ownership are not likely to persuade a decent manager with experience to come here,
Secondly, they’re highly unlikely to pay compensation for stealing someone else’s,
None of the names being offered up have very impressive managerial credentials.
We’re going to end up with another unknown or an appointment from within.

This is the sensible thing to do, I think everyone would like to see what he can achieve, and if he doesn't do well, then the search for a manager continues.
Also there are very few available managers out there who've had a lot of success in the English leagues at this level.
