And I think the problem in the previous "batch" of new contracts (under Reed) was that they all seemed to be for about 5 or 6 years so the incentive for players to really carry on improving their worth and then hopefully get another one in say 2 - 3 years was gone |  |

The question i have here though is what language are the contracts written? Do we think S22 instructs his gimps to use the good old fashioned 'Queens' English, or the American / NYC variant?
