An immune multivitamin helpful for a couple of weeks after feeling better that has Vitamin C, Zinc and Selenium.

You can still go, there is no restrictions on movement even if you have covid, just be careful and wear a mask | |

Cheers mush, think i've been through the worst of it now, first couple of nights were grim, felt like Renton in trainspotting but without the baby on the ceiling, it's now changed to just being knackered all the time and having a hacking cough.
Worst part of it is the fact that i'm isolating in the spare room so i don't pass it on to my other half who's been living with long covid for the last 2.5 years, and each time she gets it it sets her back six months (she's had it three times now).
Been going out my mind with boredom, but the positive is tomorrow there's a test to watch. | | | |
