Bizarrely, he was about to bring on Lyanco for Adam Armstrong just before West Ham scored.
This would have left us hanging on for half an hour with 5 at the back and no outlet to hit West Ham on the break. That would never have worked.
Hassenhutl got lucky today. We would have lost that if West Ham’s CB’s hadn’t been injured. | |
