Anyone know if it was a bad one

Hamstring. Whether it's gone or just tightened up, we'll have to wait for Ralph's debrief.

Thankfully it only sounds like it’s a cramp, so will probably just miss the Arsenal game at worst

If it’s cramp then surely he will be fine for Sunday

Speaking in his pre-match press conference ahead of this weekend's clash with Arsenal, Hasenhuttl said: "We have another big injury. Kyle Walker-Peters is out for a long time."

"[It's a] hamstring injury," he added. "We will see how long. There's a lot of blood so we don't know yet. It was a long step he made to the ball and this was the moment the injury came."

Dammit.

I suppose if Lavia were fit, we could always play JWP at right-back.

Just in time for the meeting with Zaha next week 😉

KWP is a big loss - especially as we've lost both Lavia and Bella-Kotchup too (along with Tino).

Why is it our best players have such sh1t luck? The crap/mediocre ones are always as fit as a fiddle!

I would play either Lyanco at right back or perhaps switch Perraud and play Djenpo at left back.

We'll play 3 CBs and Perraud and the Spanish dwarf as full backs.

A big concern as whoever plays will be facing Martinelli

Playing 2 players out of position is never good

We thought that we had the answers, It was the questions we had wrong.

We still have plenty of options, for Sunday we have two dedicate full backs in Larios & Perraud, switching Perraud may be an option as is playing Djenepo or even Ward Prowse.

Going forward , its a hamstring injury so could be anywhere between 2-10 weeks, but essentially it 3 weeks and 4 games max as we will have an international break.

After Sunday the obvious choice would be Maitland-Niles in this position with Lavia returning in the midfield

Lavia isn't a full back.

And he's out injured.

Other than that..

Yeah I’ve just seen that, frustrating to say that I was wrong, soo very wrong! Thankfully we’ve only got 4 games until the World Cup starts thought that he’ll be missing out on, and for all the positions that we’ve got cover for, fullbacks certainly are up there

Maitland-Niles can play right back for the last three games before the World cup although he cant play against Arsenal
