Exactly. And this is why we have Jones. Why would any decent manager worth his salt come to a club tha tells the manager you can only buy the odd player under 20 million and they must be under 20 years old. The ambitious, decent managers run a mile. The managers here are trying desperately to find formations and tactics that overcome our serious lack of quality. So they make mistakes in their desperation. Jones has to work miracles to get this lot scoring and winning games, as did Ralph, Hughes and Pellegrino. Semmens and SR OUT.
