Nathan Jones record at Stoke was truely shocking
In 2018/19 season Stoke won 9 from 29 games before Jones was appointed. They won another 3 out of 21 games that season after he was appointed
During the summer he was heavily backed by the club who brought in 10 new signings.
In the 2019/20 season Jones won 2 out of 14 games before being sacked. After he was sacked Stoke picked up 48 points from 32 games.
In his time at Stoke he used a total of 43 different players so clearly didn't know his best team and completely alienated the fan base

I don't know why he goes on about how great he was at Luton because both the managers who replaced him there - Mick Harford and Rob Edwards - have significantly better records than him, as of course does Michael O'Neill, the manager who replaced him at Stoke.

Ankersen supposedly picked Jones because of his stats. All I can think is that Ankersen is not very good at maths because there is nothing exceptional about his stats at all.
