I like the blend with experience comment. It always used to work and is great for the younger players breaking in. I see Brighton will be getting James Milner from Lpool on a free at the end of the season so they know what they're doing

His experience will do wonders for them, and he can do what Bally used to for us back in the day and let them do the running for him while pointing them in the right direction
