Sulemana to the toffee’s?… 17:20 - Aug 30 with 1646 viewsSFC_Referee

Seeing loads going around about Sulemana going to Everton, although could be for a hefty price…
As of course they were linked back with him in January when we signed him, but still I’m not sure if he’s been on the bench whatsoever and haven’t seen him much at any of the posts from saints.
Still makes you wonder why he’s been so invisible and if he were to go, will we be getting in a replacement for him as well or not?

Sure is a lot left to be seen over the next 30 hours or so…

very unlikely there going to trigger his 30M release clause, handed in a transfer request apparently, tells you everything about so called pro footballers, not a shred of pride to get the club that gave him a hefty contract back up

I read somewhere it was going to be a season-long loan?

He appears to be somewhat persona non grata.

We are holding out for £30 million, which we are in a fairly strong position to do, given the number of years left on his contract.

It will be a loan, I imagine.

Or he will sit and stew, and ultimately have to come back into the fold somewhat sheepishly.....

I thought he was injured? Has he made a miraculous recovery or was it a lie?

That's really poor on his part. He knew he was joining a team that was in a relegation fight and he did nothing to help us avoid dropping down. To then turn around and say he won't play anymore is atrocious.

Let's hope we get full whack for him and he goes down again with Everton.

Maybe it's about man management and tactics. He was only ever used as a bit part player here, and the managers last season obviously never appreciated just how good he was. Then in the final game of the season, he decided to ignore the manager, went on solo runs instead of passing sideways, and ripped Liverpool apart. The jury's still out on him but there is a tremendous talent there if managed correctly.
