Yeah, his name is Andreas Georgson. Nick says it's the players decision who goes where at set pieces, which is total nonsense. You don't have a set piece coach and then leave it up to the players.
Rusty believes in pressing the opposition in to their final third and not letting them out (this is what he says in an online coaching video). That's why he doesn't bother having anyone covering because that's one player less that can be keeping them boxed in. Trouble is - this is stupid.

You need players with a combination of pace and aggression to play that game.
Man.City can mix it up; they are physical when they need to be.
We seem to me to be a one-trick pony.
I think this tactic may work against teams in the bottom-third of this League, who lack the nous (and pace) to beat the press.
But against the better sides we will keep getting found out.
