As with every other game our fate was sealed an hour before the match.

Looks like we are going down without a whimper! The manager has not got a clue and the board spent loads of money in the January transfer window on players that are not up to the premier league. When they sacked Ralph they should have got a manager with premier league experience not f---ing Nathan Jones!!!!!!!!!

The team selection has been odd for some time but with the limited use of the new January signing and over reliance on players that have been at the club for several seasons contributing to the ever-diminishing returns I'm under the impression that the owners are focused on limiting spending rather than staying up.

Poor team selection and a woeful, clueless performance.

Led down a dark alley by the ownership for the last two years. Nobody's been good enough for the Premiership. Hopefully they'll knock their heads together and make some common sense decisions once the season finishes. Why not start by asking the most loyal fans what Saints need?

Last night reminded me of the Grimsby game. We looked like a poorly motivated, disorganised rabble that would struggle even at lower league level.

I thought Stuart Armstrong and Che Adams were good when they came on; the rest of our players weren't.

Bournemouth have a bunch of mediocre players but even they looked superior to our poor excuse for a team.

Utterly predictable sadly. Spineless effort from Saints. Made Bournemouth look like world beaters in what was a must win game for us. No idea why Mc Carthy was brought in - he could have done better on the goal. We started brightly with even A Armstrong putting in a good effort. But it faded too quickly and the second half was by and large desperate. Bringing in Adams and S Armstrong made sense and there were flashes of their best play - unlucky on the disallowed goal. Other than that a couple of gripes : Walcott offside too often, Alcaraz diving. We don’t know our best team. We have a deep squad unlike the previous seasons - but the quality is very thin on the ground. Will be interesting to see how we retool - as we must - in the championship next year.

We were going to loose when the team was announced at least 3 of the team were a waste of space
Championship here wer come with 3 rubbish managers in a row

We were outplayed through midfield, constructed nothing going forward. Can't play through midfield as we don't have one. Our front four, that's how it seemed, ran away from the ball until Adams and Stu came on.
Another dire team selection with a better bench than starting line up and more to the point better players not making the squad than we had on the pitch!
Please get rid of him today and lets look to play the guys that will remain with us next season as preparation for the Championship otherwise our spiral will continue.
Perhaps our players will take a leaf out of Tottenham's gesture after playing crap and refund our season tickets, never seen us play so badly, for so many home games. Sh*t time to be a Saints fan!
