The starting point needs to be Dragan Solak. He needs to throw out Rasmus Ankersen, Semmens et al, in instal a decent CEO that is going to drive standards.
The entire scouting and recruitment departments need throwing out as does 90% of the squad.
The first player to be recruited should be a proper in-your-face captain/ midfield General. |

My understanding of it is that we pay him as if he was working for us, until the contract expires, or until he gets another job. If he wants yo sit on the couch for the next four years and get paid he can, buy his chances of getting back into football then would be limited. So there is likely to be a compromise somewhere. We'll probably give him 18 months worth of pay as a lump sum, and he'll be free to get straight back into football. |

Yes on balance I think I agree. Its not impossible staying up but very difficult from where we are, and I think spending the next 5 months getting the appointment 100% right, would be better then starting off next season with another dead weight manager |
