Can you please let us have the link.

You need to follow people who are following him, or summat.

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

It's ok thanks, have found the idiot. Luckily with Twitter, you can read most people's tweets without actually following them. Good for a laugh, looks a lot older than what his child like posts would have one think.

Question is whether Day was right to suggest £500,000 cup run takings ?

Poll: How much is your support for the Royals?

We all know the answer to that.

To answer your last question.
Day said they are averaging 5500-6000 crowds: Actual 4300
Day said Barnsley sold out 2700 for postponed Boxing Day fixture:Actual 1300
bury said todays game was a virtual sell out:Actual 7000

I wouldn't believe much thats said over there.

Firstly a few things to consider..

The 5,500-6000 comment was said to his mate on national radio, as we are the adopted team.. The whole point of the show is to big Bury up/see how we are getting on etc.. Bearing in mind at the time of the comment we were averaging 4,800 then he wasn't too far off with 5,500, although still incorrect, it was nothing more than a throwaway comment said to his freind in an attempt to big us up as a club. You have hung on to that throwaway comment far too desperately. It's only like if Rochdales chairman was to say Dale average 3,500 on GMR radio for example.

Secondly today's crowd.. A complete mystery to everyone and not for the first time.. Ticket situation didn't help at all but the club stated we had sold 5,000 pre kick off, Hull police also confirmed they had sold 2,800 at end of play. Now either 800 who had tickets didn't turn up or the chairman is understating the attendance to save on tax ). Where's the radio comment was overstating our attendances, today's was definitely understated.

So the creative accountancy syndrome now appears to be cascading down to the proles.

Also we've apparently had a bid of 900k-£1M for Leon Clarke from either Blackburn (just made £9M off Rhodes) or Reading. Make of that what you will..

Also changed name of thread so you can stick all Bury stuff in here

And that, despite having no internal revenue

I think that the problem may be a lack of externally generated income.

Thanks for organising the Dale site for us.
Care to organise our finances as well?
On second thoughts, you're from Bury, so perhaps not, then.

We are averaging around 3500 you Muppet.
It would be like our Chairman saying we are averaging 5000. And he wouldn't because he's honest.
Anyway what about that 10000 crowd you were warning us about during the week? Really hope Hull get Man Utd away.

You aren't averaging 3,500 though are you... 2,300 home fans on average as of last week.. Another 2,900 crowd today to support your 3,500 average attendance claim...

Rochdale currently average 3,225.. The lowest in the division.

Rochdales net home fans of 2,358 also the lowest in the division, over 300 lower than second lowest club Fleetwood.

I'm sorry but what has home average got to do with total average?

It has a lot to with it really... On a typical match day only 2,300 of the 3,225 average are Rochdale fans.

I know that you're challenged in virtually everything you do, but to delete your original gambit in the OP as it was making you look increasingly stupid, shows your backbone is also challenged too.

And you can't fool the FG either.

Simple rule of this board is it doesn't matter who you are, if you're a tvvat you'll be treated like one. And by God, we've had some right tvvats on here from other clubs and indeed our own, but you scoop the accolade of the tvvatiest tvvat ever, if such a phrase can exist.

Poll: Who do you think bury should appoint as their next manager?

Maybe if this board wasn't full of all things Bury you wouldn't attract so many unwanted Bury fans to the site. You don't see any mention of Rochdale on the Bury forum hence no Dale posters.
