I know this sounds mad, but when Ollie was "sacked" after his last game, i thought that we had a manager in place. I then thought the new manager has so much time to sit down assess his squad and have best part of summer to prepare for next season. I thought for once, QPR have done it correct. I thought maybe he is already in place, somewhere in the background

But there has to be some sort of a gap between the previous incumbent leaving and the new person arriving. There would surely be legal repercussions otherwise.

In addition, some people say that the club has been disrespectful to Ollie; having the new man already "in place" while Ollie was still at the club would've been even more disrespectful.

Let's not make this apparent delay another reason to berate the club.

Why would there be legal repercussions?

The club can't win.

They are either efficient and have a plan in place, sack Holloway and appoint McLaren (or whoever) straightaway. This would be seen as disrespectful to Holloway and criticised.

Or they sack Holloway and don't appoint someone straightaway which is seen as incompetent and criticised.

However a gap between appointments would save a few weeks wages so Lee Hoos would at least be pleased about that, every penny helps.

OK I'm confused now. Should we be slagging off Ipswich? Arsenal are still without a manager too and I know how many here were upset about Wenger apparently not doing well enough.

Or should we continue slagging off the club and add the others in just to be on the safe side? We wouldn't want anyone to miss a coating.
