I’ve just seen Angela Smith on tv saying that she won’t hold a By-election because she spoke to 11,000 of her constituents in 2017 and reassured them that she didn’t agree with nuclear disarmament or letting Corbyn become prime minister if Labour won the GE.So they didn’t vote for the Labour Party but for her instead.
