I've just read the article. It doesn't say that. It says they had previous illnesses in their medical records, which is true of just about everyone who has ever seen a doctor, including you, Marcus, and me because I had a tonsillectomy when I was 7.
As for pre-existing conditions, 30% of the total population and 80% of over 65s have high blood pressure so that counts them in. [Post edited 27 Mar 2020 22:24]
