Off to granddaughter's 2nd birthday party soon, so getting in early.

3-0 to us Wallace scores first and Mrs Pinner to moan every time I check the score at the party!

For me, di Wijis was MotM. An absolute beast who had Magennis in his pocket all game.

I wanted to see something new in our creative play and saw it. We've got clever set piece plays now - nice.

Although our defence is very good, we've not kept a clean sheet since March. But I guess that's warbsball.

Fabulous result and a great game to watch. Thank you my team.

Funnily enough, I've just had a shufti at a couple of Hull sites and they were sure he was a liability before the game and complaining they didn't put him under enough pressure!

Funny how clubs can get a idea about one of their players and then simply can't see what their eyes are telling them when it's in front of them. We worry about his injury record but don't think any of us didn't think he'd be a beast when fit.

All the makings of serious money (for those who can't wait for us to sell our best players) and an England role one day, surely.

Is this game turning into what's called 'throwing down a marker'? We play attacking football like this, and we'll piss this division.

Would be lovely to see this team go up and a number of them represent England while at QPR.

Not kept a clean sheet since March?

Our last two away games were 1-0 at Swansea & 2-0 at Stoke.

As it was 3-0 today, it must be a 4-0 win at Middlesbrough!

Thanks Terry. I will now write out 100 times, "I must not parrot Nick London's commentary".

Looks like a word has been had about reckless challenges in the box. Barbet or Wallace would have conceded a pen by this time last season and the defenders are definitely taking more care.

Thought we played quite well today with room for improvement

Think there was a handball missed, so that's two games in a row we should have conceded a pen.

(Yes, Pinner, I know that you said that the one on Weds was not a pen, but I can't agree; if that had happened against us, we'd have hit roof!). Today's one was blatant though.

We have to remember this when we get the calls against us...

Can we go out yet?

Feel like that 5-10 minute stretch around the 55th minute showed a lot. Dieng foot save, Dickie miraculous clearance off a Dieng error, Barbet crucial tackle, and so on. Other years, we’re down 2-1. Somewhat lucky, but we have a lot of determination and skill in the back line now. Then we score to go 2-0 and it’s essentially over.

Couldn’t be further from the days of Joel Lynch.

I didn't realise how much I was repressing those memories until now.

It's amazing (not) how teams that are confident and hard-working are luckier than teams that can't be arsed or expect to lose.

Lucky 3 nil away win without our best striker and having to rely on a centre back and kids to bail us out.

Or - another good result improved performance as team starts to gel, chair and willock looking good. Kind of want Dickie to have some quieter games before the window closes - his performances are unlikely to go unnoticed.

We definitely don’t want Dickie going elsewhere.

If anyone asks, refer them to the ball snuffling headed ‘clearance’ at Orient where he tries to hide the ball down his sock.

Hopefully that’ll put them off the scent.

Just seen the match stats. Two corners for us resulting in two goals.

Oops one was from a free kick

The first two. Very cute stuff. We are a handful from dead ball positions.

Did I ever mention that I was in Minder?

Great performance and result. Dickie, how immense was he again? Well done Rangers!!!

Attack, the best form of defense

I wouldn't go with that line in a British Court.

This. What a fantastic win! Loved the set piece goals. Great to see Lyndon off the mark. This team has a really good feel about it. Kudos to all involved - Les, Warbs especially - I’ve been highly critical of both in the past. I’m very happy they have both listened to me

The jelly and ice cream were great, managed to find another Rangers fan at the party, so didn't have to bother Mrs Pinner AND I got the score correct.

Not a bad day all in all!
