He is utterly ineffective.

It’s up to the manager to judge who is likely to fit the way he wants to play. I haven’t agreed with any of his team selections so far, I’d have rathered wingers in the role Latabaudiere and Bidwell played the last two games, but he knows more than me.

I watched him v Stevenage in the FA cup last year and he was highly effective. He had no bother brushing off the league two bruisers and was the only Swansea player to create an assist for Goykeres for his only goal. Lovely move fast break great delivery and crisp finish.
He simply does not have enough games under his belt. 35 games on loan and bingo. Grimes kicked on at Northampton grinding out 45 games. He came back a new player after disappointing spells at Leeds and Blackburn. |  |

Yeah exactly. These players need to go out on laon.
We aren't at the level where prem teams are, who have clubs queing up to loan our players. If we could find a club that play with wingbacks, as RM does, then that would be the perfect place for him to go on loan. I can't see that happening though, so we will have to hope the loan goes well and he gets gametime.
The only other choice is to keep him here in the under 23s in order to get used to the way we play.
Which will benefit him most is up to the manager. I'm willing to give him that choice without arguing or complaining about it. Many on here aren't willing or able to do that.
