IMHO we'd still be in a higher division if we'd sacked the previous manager before Christmas 2020 when he should have gone instead of being given a furtive contract extension.

And in an era when money in football has grown to previously unimaginable levels, we experienced the best spell in the club’s history. Two promotions, two play-off campaigns, nine seasons in the third tier including four when we had outside chances of making the play-offs again and numerous cup runs defeating bigger clubs.
