Or that time uncle Otto was taken out and shot. They could have sat and reminisced fondly of the day soldiers burst in and dragged them all out to the ghetto. It’s those lovely memories of home that they would love to go back to, they caught a glimpse of home whilst they were on the packed train east. What an adventure!
