I think the ball was in the air more than it was on the grass in that 45.
Smyth is running then ragged down the right hand side and it's great to have Field and Morrison back. Colback is having a good game and Paal has probably been our best player.
Andersen has been rather Andersen and Yang has just been pretty atrocious.

Agree with all that, plus Lloyd has done decently, albeit in moments. Yang has flopped, but could still grab us something, as he did at Stoke. Overall, we've done a bit better than I'd hoped, but the game could still go either way. Precarious!

What I learned from watching that first half of pretty poor play from us.
1Yang is simply not any good at this level,too careless with the ball,too weak in tackles then gives away stupid free kicks when he gets beaten.
2 Paal best contribution to QPR is his ability to get team mates booked or sent off with his sloppy /careless passes and forget his crossing.
3.Paul Smyth has a great engine but he constantly takes one extra touch towards the end line instead of whipping a low hard cross we might acrually connect with.
4. Commentators get excited when we get a corner start saying "its all about the delivery come on Lucas, Kenneth, or who ever jogs across " yet its always sh*t .
5.We simply have to sign Edwards next June if we had 3 or 4 with his strength, vision, skill and desire (a loan player remember )to play for QPR we could have something special. |  | | |
