I wonder if that's been half the problem. Warnock has talked about how he always came into a club with a bang in his firm training sessions, shouting and swearing at anyone being less than 100% aggressive. Showed them what he expected.
I haven't seen any signs of anything like that from them on the pitch.

Why take any notice of Blackmore’s opinions ?
He rarely criticises anything the club or players do and his radio commentary usually centres around his own perceived self importance and supposed tactical genius.
Tessum on the other hand has played at the top level, knows his football and is not afraid to call it as he sees it.
Radio Solent could do a lot worse than pension Blackmore off and let Tessum have the gig in my opinion. | |
