Indeed. Making substitutions for substitutions sake - which is what Eckert did bar Leo's injury - knocked all the stuffing out of us. We were sh1te from then on. Stewart, Charles, Robinson and a player I like a lot, Fellows, offered bugger all. Eckert is, and always has been, clueless on when & why to make subs.
And it's laughable even imagining this squad in the Premier League. We'd be worse than we were last season. |  |

I think Eckert was trying to be clever and outwit Mousinho, when all he had to do was pick the team that outplayed Blades and roll Portsmuff over on theeir own patch
As Sky said the fact that Fellows was dropped meant that L2 standard donkey Ogilvie was able to be an attacking threat rather than probably getting sent off for bringing Fellows down continuously

Unlike previous performances I can't fault the players. This was entirely down Eckert picking the wrong team and tactics
Time to cut him adrift

They let Spors pick his mate instead of getting the experienced manager we’re crying out for.
Pretty much done with the club now. Will not renew my season ticket if Sports Republic are still in charge. They just keep making the same mistakes and to me, it looks like they’re just interested in the player trading aspect of the game.
