FFS, you play 38 games in a season or however many it is to finish as high as possible, preferably in the top 3 and you know you're going up

You can see why clubs have voted for it - if it was in place this season clubs as far down as Norwich in 17 th place will be thinking they’d have a chance of getting 8 th and fluke it into the premier league, getting thst big cash injection that people have already mentioned.
