Im not sure that a touchline ban is that much of an issue even if its more than 3 games, most managers I have spoken to will tell you that standing in the technical area has very little effect on the game, its more about a manager feeling that he is doing something and releasing nervous energy.
Tonda can sit in the stand, delegate someone to do all the amr waving etc in the technical area and then phone down to the dug out with his thoughts when he wants to make substitutions etc.
Touchline bans are a little 1960's when there wasn't mobile phones and you had to rely on carrier pigeons.
I do think that your predictions might well be spot on this year

A good prediction to be honest. I don't think Boro will be anywhere near as good this season and would predict a lower half finish too. I don't rate their manager. He only did.ok because Boro were already way ahead in the top 2 before he arrived. I would also predict 2nd place for Saints, assuming Tonda stays.
I have a feeling Wrexham will be higher this season and would.predict that Burnley or Wolves win.the playoffs.
West Ham are the obvious ones to.win the league, but will they? Maybe they have some teething problems after being relegated.
Also think Watford might be in a relegation battle after yet another manager sacking and some.player sales. [Post edited 24 Jul 22:00]

I dunno.
They were in relegation form from February onwards, and they have lost Hackney to Everton.
They will probably need a managerial change to get near the top 8. | |

I hope your prediction of a second place finish is correct Pat. 1st would be better but unfortunately I think West Ham will win the league at a canter.
A lot will depend on the Tonda punishment (which according to The Daily Mail should be life imprisonment) and how many of the existing squad we retain. In this regard the key will probably be what happens with Ramsdale who we desperately need to get off the books.
His salary is suggested to be £120000 a week which roughly equates to the whole of our annual season ticket income. Unfortunately it’s also suggested that there is a contractual buy out clause of £25 million.
I can’t see anyone buying his services outright so a loan is probably the only realistic option, but then again that didn’t go particularly well at Newcastle did it.
