Ronnie Le Drew, the voice of Zippy from Rainbow, has sadly passed.

I saw him play in a charity football match at Great Yarmouth once. I also remember him hosting the kids programme The Saturday Banana which was filmed just up the road from SMS at Southern TVs Northam studios. Like many great comedians he struggled with his mental health.
Loved watching the Goodies. Anarchic British humour at it’s best.
