Thats quite a good way of describing the two Lloyd chasing the bag and Kolli watching it go by because hes that good he dosnt need to run after it from your description . Seems on x three clubs are after him Portsmouth being one is the rumour , club want a permanent fee though and funnily Kolli isn’t keen on any of the deals , I’m sure they have goals down in Portsmouth as well to occupy his spare time | |

I am not going into detail about Kolli, I have done it many times on this MB, but he is basically not good enough for this level.........
Of course he has many footballing talents, of course he plays some good games, of course he can score goals - he is a professional footballer ffs and you do not get that if you do not have any skills, etc, etc BUT he does not play well enough for 90 minutes or even less, he does not play well enough often enough, he is not aggressive enough, he is an average player overall and that is why he cannot and does not get selected for many games any longer. Now, I do not know but I would suggest that his family is of no help to him whatsoever.
He needs to 'man up', if that is possible for him to do, and go and get another Club at a level he can 'do it'.......it will not be easy for him though. |  | | |

its not cyniscism though hate to say its the truth some times, his work rate outside the box is terrible, ive seen his prefered postion now is on the left he dosnt have the pace/ fitness to play there with the type of football we are looking to play .
can you honestly seeing him play in a high press game and then if the ball gets out get back and win it ? even last season lloyd was getting on as a sub and kolli sat on the bench and thats without this years fitness issues happening
he is fifth choice up front and prob fourth choice. behind the front man not great for a player at his age and with the games he has played previously | |

If we get Kolli a loan, will he say no, like allegedly, he did before.
I think he should take up an opportunity for a loan to play week in, week out 90 minute games. He needs to work more on his stamina it seems, than his skills. He could get up to speed with this, where he could totally shine.
He comes back as a first team starter option or sold to a club, where he feels he could get a better run, that suits him and ourselves and for a decent fee.
He is only going to be a bit part player here at best this season, it seems. However, if he did turn down a decent loan, he would be seen to be difficult and it would not help his career here or elsewhere in the future.
Hope this is me spouting spurious ignorant nonsense and he comes good, but the jury is definitely out currently. Its strange not one manager has thought he is as good as a lot of fans believe.
Get your head down, work hard, accept this is the season to fully show a proper professional player performing for a whole season and come back, hopefully with more fire in the belly, more qualities to show and more elements of being a team player and not operating as a one man band.
Do I think he will do any of this - no I dont.
C'mon Rayan stick two fingers up at idiots like me and prove us all wrong.
I believe what he does this season will determine whether he can have a career as a decent professional football player or whether he will always flatter to deceive and ultimately be another one that fails to deliver despite undoubted qualities.

Whatever the reasons he has only featured in what could be considered a second eleven team from the development squad, whilst Scarlett, Sanyaola, Sutton, Lloyd have all featured in first team pre season games. Obikwu featured in a first eleven development team recently also. So not only have all these players got in ahead of Kolli but then we also have Poku Saito, Dembele, Vale, Chair, Smyth, Burrell and Kone too with it seems Lamptey, Mbengue and Cirkin all able to play forward roles as well.
He is a long way down the pecking order here. So whatever the reasons, surely the club are looking at a loan for him or even to sell him. your obv a huge fan of his . if he is sold maybe we will end up with egg on our faces but hopeully it comes with a nice sell on clause to help wipe it off

Those other youngsters might have passed him by at QPR, not sure they have in football more generally.
No problem him being behind Burrell and Kone but you won’t convince me Lloyd is a better player.
