Seems mad doesn't it. But I suppose it's last chance saloon, throw of the dice, to try and keep 200 million pounds. I don't think anyone will save them, but maybe a manager bounce might give them a chance. I can't see see it though. Although typical of us to face them with a new manager as Kingsland said!

I think the new manager bounce can be a bit of a false hope. Just 8 games to go and they had a relegation avoidance expert already in post. I'd be furious if I were a Burnley fan.

Burnley sack Dyche on 11:43 - Apr 15 with 1639 views | ElijahK | Well that’s them relegated now! At least it means that the relegation battles over, and that we might have a better chance at getting Pope as he won’t have a manger he’s worked with for soo long.

If we can afford him. Or maybe the Board has already saved up for this?

Burnley sack Dyche on 11:54 - Apr 15 with 1622 views | Centurion | I saw the headline and was incredulous. Always felt Dyche had more 'know how' than most to get Burnley out of a tight spot. Maybe there is something going on behind the scenes. Player power?

Yeah well hopefully the board will look to the future to try and plan a better more brighter one, and chance the course we’re heading towards. But I guess that as long as no one arrogant like yourself’s on there then that should be possible.

Can’t believe it. As you say, he has worked miracles there and if they do go down who better to try and bring them straight back up. He was a perfect fit for the club. Who next? Fat Sam?
Burnley sack Dyche on 14:51 - Apr 15 with 1428 views | Saintsforeverj | I like Dyche. But it's panic isn't it from their.owners and board. Going down literally means losing hundreds of millions of pounds. I can understand the decision a little bit as that Norwich defeat was a really tepid bad result for them. They have 8 games left and it's a gamble. I would bet this decision won't work but a new voice and possible new manager bounce might have an impact like it has at Leeds. I mean, they were heading down anyway, so.they are taking a gamble. We shall see.

Well, I’ll take arrogance over crass stupidity any day. Btw, what a shame you didn’t stay on for that extra term to learn some grammar…
