The first thing I would do would be to get some experience, some older heads into the side & I don't mean Walcott.
Problem is we've got rid of all of our experienced better players.
We're only left with JWP & he's very poor this season plus Stuey Armstrong who's been on the bench.
If I was the manager ( NJ) I would be thinking what the he'll have I done coming to a club that's in freefall.
I hate to say it but we just don't have the quality required for Premier lge & we're not in a position to get any better players in.
We'd need an exceptional manager (which we haven't got) & an awful lot of luck the survive this season. |  | | |

I dont think the squad is as bad as some will have us believe, its suffered from some injuries in key positions, the answer is keep things simple, back to basics and best players playing in the right positions.
I think that Jones will try and be too clever though |  |

You can not compete in the premier league just spending 5 to 10 million per signing . We are the only premier league club that now shops in these margins. Not rocket science. The league has outgrown Us let’s get out of it . |  |
