Man City interested or not didn't push up the price, 100m was West Hams price, which not negotiable, Arsenal knew if they didn't offer it, they wouldn't get him, simple as.
West Ham didn't want to sell him, he just wanted to better himself.

The same Trabzonspor who finished 6th last season in a 4 horse race, 30 odd points behind behind the winners of a p1ss poor league, sure he'll bring back the glory days back after playing 5 seasons in the Croatian league (very high standard of course), tell them not to hold their breath though.
