The problem now is that the Premier League has 7 clubs richer than the rest, there is not enough glory and trophy's to go round, adding an 8th or 9th mega rich club would even things up but ultimately do little to change things in terms of if Saints were taken over getting into the top 4 or winning the league.
I think many would start to drift away at that point. | |
