Total frauds the pair of them. Football wise, yes, you are quite right, they have not had a good season. However, football continues to reward failure due to the ridiculous way its administrators write the rules regarding the termination of contracts. In almost any other profession if you are cr@p at your job you get kicked out without ceremony yet in football you get rewarded, often very handsomely for abject failure.
It seems that Watford have gone through 15 managers in the last 5 seasons, and that excludes interims between the (fleetingly) full time appointments! That means a Watford manager lasts on average 15-16 league games… God only knows how much Watford must be paying ex-Managers every month! Ed Still was on a 2.5 yrear contract so that’s a tidy sum even at Championship rates. |  | | |

I think i counted 32, none have done 100 game which would have garnered a Gold Watch and a tea pot.
Will's brother lasted 3 month and 15 games, which was 14 too many tbf,
he must have been as our Will.
