Springwatch... on 23:41 - May 29 with 1732 views | Sadoldgit | Absolutely. I just love all of the watches. The amount of sexual innuendo they also manage to squeeze in is awesome but it is must watch TV.
Springwatch... on 23:45 - May 29 with 1736 views | Gennaro_Contaldo | Gardener's World is my guilty pleasure. Calm, serene, informative. Having watched the last one, I went to David Austin online and am now waiting for several (4) climbing roses to arrive ...

Enjoyed the beaver special last night. Disturbed to hear the people are shooting beavers though!

Springwatch... on 14:07 - May 31 with 1482 views | dirk_doone | Last night, I saw one of the best documentaries I've seen for a long time, on PBS America. It's called East Lake Meadows. Look out for it.

Springwatch... on 14:51 - May 31 with 1469 views | Sadoldgit | Watched the last in Series 1 of Run last night. Excellent series and got progressively darker as it progressed and leaving us wanting more. Another Phoebe Waller-Bridge production featuring a wonderful cameo from the lady herself. Everything she touches turns to gold at the moment. It will be interesting to see if she has been able to sprinkle some fairy dust on the next Bond movie.

Been closely monitoring the progress of the African migrants in the back shed. They're totally used to my noisy, dusty, disruptive nonsence and are perfectly nonchalant perching on the cable watching me with bemusement. Took some photos of them but not exactly award winning. Love Springwatch and especially Chris Packham's beautiful and clever daughter. "Poor Daddy!" says my beautiful 29 year old.
Springwatch... on 22:19 - Jun 9 with 1371 views | Sadoldgit | Was very disappointed tonight when promised some beaver action but they only showed some damp rodents instead.
Springwatch... on 23:44 - Jun 9 with 1318 views | PatfromPoole | I watched the last episode of The A Word tonight on BBC1, which is worth the licence fee for me alone. Superb programme. The BBC has its faults, but we’d miss it a lot if we didn’t have it. Not least for its radio stations.

Springwatch... on 11:53 - Jun 10 with 1263 views | Sadoldgit | The problem that the BBC has is that it is expected to be all things to all people. It is never going to please all of the people all of the time, but for less than the price of a pint a week it is very good value for money.
