He made a number of very good signings for Burnley.
But then his Mum died and that was that. Didn’t help that his wife hated it up there.
He was a young bloke at the time; people forget this.
Amazes me how people forget what he did at Boscombe. Utterly miraculous from the bottom of League Two. |
The problem is no matter what he does from now on, if he stays people will just say it’s because of the money he has.
