We thought that we had the answers, It was the questions we had wrong.

Anyother blatant handball penalty decision not given. Watch how the defender forms his wrist. That was not an innocuous off the thigh deflection ffs...

Diallo seems very lightweight to me

Wolves having most of the game but we look far better. Closing down really well and Bazuna's distribution is great. We just look so lightweight going forward....

That was fookin embarrassing... he was in acres of space....
Again though - if we had an ounce of metal going forward we wouldve put this to bed already...
Armstrong for me still isnt anywhere near good enough...
Still.... 45 mins to go and anything could happen yet...

Really soft goal to give away. At least we seem to be adept at coming from behind lately to gain a win or draw. Looks like we're gonna need to do that again today. Still can't keep that clean sheet which is a bit worrying once again.

Feels like there are more goals in this game yet. No need to panic yet Saints. I feel we can get a draw at the very least - hopefully more.

Wtf is Elonoysie doing on the pitch, he is shite, Diallo too lightweight and A Armstrong still not good enough for me, change it half time get Stuey on and Maitkand Niles as well, we are still in this but we lack that cutting edge. COYR.

Been unlucky.

Playing well.

Their goal was lucky, bloody scuffed it and Bazunu went down expecting a clean strike.

Need to keep our heads and don’t concede a second goal.

He just mistimed his jump when the cross got a bit of a deflection I think.

Oh well, at least we arn't Forest. Having spent 100 million on 21 new players. They are losing at home to Bournemouth. They will be the Fulham of a couple of years ago.

Agreed classic sucker punch lightweight tackling up front with poor defending. Disappointing but move on.

Give the new lads time to bed in and we'll be alright. They've only been here 48 hours or so.

Shame we lost to a really sloppy goal. The scorer was left with all the space in the world which was disappointing from our perspective. Other than their goal, there wasn't much in it. I reckon the season will have more ups than downs for Saints.

Bright days ahead... just not today.

I think we played well today, dominated most of the game.

Should never have lost, Che will be gutted about those two misses.

Edozie looks a player…..

Unfortunately I couldn’t watch the game, but have just seen the score line! Certainly does seem like we did need a striker on Wednesday…
Still how were we?

Gutted to lose to a team that we always seem to lose to.
Sloppy to let them score and a combination of not hitting the target and poor in front of goal, ultimately cost us.

Missed a Romeu or Lavia today, as well as the striker we didn't sign.

Hoping for an improved performance against Brentford - who have improved of late and can score at will, at home at least !!

We looked much better when moi and Diallo went off. S Armstrong should be starting and and someone other than Diallo needs to partner JWP. The new city winger looked fantastic. I think we'll have a good season although today feels like we left points on the table.
