Sadly, this does not surprise me one bit. If there is one grain of good news about this is it didn't happen at 6pm or later on Thursday evening with the window shutting at 11pm. Of almost equal importance to missing out on the player is that it hands a player who can make a real difference at this level to one of our opponents also going for promotion, probably damned Leeds United.
Basically Burnley are behaving like spoilt children, looks like they have now hurled their dummies so far out of their claret and blue prams it will take a serach party to find them....
