We were an established premiership club at the time, so could have hoped for a bit better. The moment SR came in Ralph was a dead man. All Ralph wanted was a decent forward and he got given Mara ffs. SR are completely to blame for spending loads on utter crap youngsters that were never good enough for the prem. In fact most were not good enough for the championship. |  |

Every time you mention Gao you add the excuse about Chinese exchange controls.
Was he not able to secure funds elsewhere? Could he not have tried to sell up as soon as he knew that his business plan was f*cked.
