This could be the first time in football history that the fans chant for the fitness coach to be sacked. Will we hear 'Williams out' at the game tomorrow? Some people might get the wrong idea of course, and think that the heir the throne has been exposed as an uphill gardener.

Happens everywhere now as so many staff dont do their real job that much as they are hamstrung by ridiculously over bureaucratic multiple and unneccessary admin.
Jobs for the boys - no doubt...
But in the real world - quarterly performance appraisals and three strikes and you are out - think the final disciplinary with P45 imminent is a close call right now....

It's sort of what seems natural to me as well that idea of 15-20 players, one manager and a couple of coaches, get a style stick to it that sort of thing. What I grew up with. But I also remember thinking "this wenger is taking that making them eat all healthy thing way too seriously" and well clearly I was wrong. So there's definitely something to be said for progress, maximizing fitness etc but it does feel like they're taking it a bit far. |  | | |

With data analysis, attempting to unearth hidden gems from all over the globe - clearly there is too much scope given to this. Unearthing a Santos or an Esquerdinha worldwide, when you have a Peacock (Darren) on your doorstep.

Basically an over bloated industry but still enjoyable, even the money offered to players at non league level is I understand quite an eye opener. | | | |
