The FA will likely ban Tonda and whoever else personally agreed the breach of EFL rules, however we need to get out in front of this and fire them for breach of contract in bringing the club into disrepute - with no compensation.
Phil Parsons as CEO should fall on his sword - he needs to carry the can for the reputational damage and likely loss of main sponsors who will not want their brands associated with cheats.
We are into last season of parachute payments - will SR wish to stay the course or sell up? If the latter then expect our best playing assets to be sold, for say £100m, but that money then extracted by DS and not reinvested in the club!
Appoint a new manager - who will come - especially if SR wish to sell.
The fans - how can the club get us back on board? Maybe significant discount on ST price for 2026/7. The atmosphere at all away games will be toxic and Saints fans can expect dogs abuse - due to no fault of their own.
Spors - he may not have known the cheating was going on - if so up to him to bring in new management team and work some magic in transfer market. Hull have shown what can be done with a transfer ban.
The players - will they take legal action against the club - not sure how that works as unknown whether we would have beaten Hull. In reality I think they will just want away if their agents can find new clubs at a price acceptable to Saints.

A glimmer of hope will come through the passing of time. It’s all too raw at the moment. I was chatting to some fans of other clubs last night and they all thought the punishment was way over the top. They couldn’t fathom why the hell we did it but thought we have been treated harshly.
Tonda and his team will go. Players will leave but this always happens. Our loans will return and we will rebuild again.
The EFL and the wider football world has now set a precedent. Any breach of any rules will now be watched closely. Saints as a club need to be all over this. Wait till the next breach and people will refer to the Southampton case which has set a very high barrier. We await Man C.
Middlesborough or Hull won’t last one season in the Premier League. Gibson will have a meltdown with VAR and probably end up suing the Premier League

The club need to go into damage limitation mode and try get people back on side
There are many people who have invested a lot of time and money in following Saints on some long midweek away trips this season which has resulted in nothing

You seem to think everyone in football should be whiter than white. You should know that they are not, this is not the Christian fellowship. Most of them will test the system and see what they can get away with.
As for calling for Spors to go, he's the first director of football we've had in years who has actually brought in decent players. It's essential we keep him.

Even more untenable now it's known they lied at the first hearing.

People are just being honest and saying the bleeding obvious if true (which you don't seem to fathom) and want things to be put right.
