The fact that the Club itself is now referring to the make up of the original Tribunal suggests to me definitely that the two panel members did not disclose their connections to Boro at the Truibunal.
And that was p!ss poor and it was also p1ss poor that those individuals were placed on the panel in the first place. It was a serious error on the part of the EFL, Sports Resolution and, particularly, David Winnie and it seriously taints the decisions even if Saints are not minded to take it any further.
It does, of course, now beg the question, why the f*ckety f*ck did Saints' lawyers not pick this up at the time, when it took some of us on here about 5 minutes to check Winnie's Wikipedia page.
And maybe this statement is a shot across the bows of the FA, perhaps deterring them from kicking us too hard when we've already been the recipients of some dodgy justice. |  |

That is a typical legal statement. Reading between the lines I would say it appears Saints are getting ready to litigate bases on advice they have been given.
This is why, imo, they are being quiet unlike the efl leaks, etc.
If you look at the oped from a retired very senior judge you'll see he thinks ks we have a very strong legal case.
Adam Blackmore is an idiot with his high horse comments. He seriously thinks this incident is more damning for Saints than the Higgins situation?
