It completely impacts on us though.
If, as is reported, we are trying to sign a midfielder to replace Shea Charles, assuming it’s a player currently under contract, the asking price is bound to be pushed up, given West Ham are raising the bar for prices paid for midfielders.
Which then gives us less money for a striker if we are after one. | |
