Left early when we lost 3-0 at home to Ipswich in our last season at The Dell, Marcus Stewart scored a hat=trick and we were all one the place under Stuart Gray
At St Mary's I think I've done it twice and regretted it
After being 3 up against a really poor Norwich side we gifted them 2 goals in a couple of minutes and fell apart, I thought I was going to bust some blood vessels through being so angry and stomped out. Whilst having a fag and waiting for my old man to come out I heard the roar as Sam Gallagher scored out fourth, felt rather silly as all the people I sat next to came out
Second time was when we played Sunderland under Koeman, they went 1 up very late on and I decided I'd seen enough, half way down St Mary's street I heard the roar and was told Van Dijk had equalised very late on, my wife rang me and asked me about the game, I had to admit I'd missed our goal as I'd f**ked off early in a huff

Koeman era, I had the choice to miss either the Stoke game at home or the Sunderland game at home in order to accompany my daughter on a Bank of Dad shopping trip to the West End for her upcoming wedding. I chose to miss the Sunderland game - that would be the 8-0 then… The Stoke game was just 1-0. Typical.
92/93 season, Spurs away. Unexpectedly able to go but only knew the day before. A Spurs fan I knew well had a spare ST as his missus was unwell so I went with him and sat in the West Stand lower tier. This was the game where Spurs scored 4 goals in 5 minutes after Dowie had put us 1-0 up. Guy sat behind me said to his mate he needed to go for a dump (too much detail), mate says see if you can get me anything to eat on the way back. Guy comes back about 6 mins later as the crowd are celebrating a goal. F@@k it he says, who scored? Sheringham, Anderton, Sherringham again - oh yes, and Barmby!!! I left both Russell Martin Leicester games early: the 4-1 at home and the 5-0 away!
My father, who hasn’t been to a game since pre-covid, always used to make a thing out of never leaving early. This is the reason I can say I saw the 9-0 loss in totality. Saying that we did leave a Wolves cup game when they scored a second against us under Puel.
