Wouldn't wanna pay that much for him though. Bury bought him for that much 12 months ago and he's done nothing for them.

Not so much a dream signing, but I remember reading an article around New Year about MLS nomads. One name caught my eye - Andy Iro. A huge 6ft5 defender who hails from JC's favourite city. I read he went on trial with Forest, but nothing has happened there, so I don't know here he is now.
Maybe he's to good for L2, or beyond our wage limit, but still - he certainly sounds the part. |  |

He might have to. The same problem that has always blighted us will do so again this summer - and that is that we can't match the wages offered by the vast majority of other clubs in L2, never mind L1. | |

Some good names mentioned so far. I wouldn't be too excited by Harrad. He's never come across as prolific, and I think he's only scored more than 20 goals in a season once.
My number 1 target would be Dagnall, probably in on loan. Grant wouldn't be bad either. Others, some less realistic, that spring to mind are Kurucz, Ball, Ajose, Atkinson, and maybe a loan bid for Mike Jones from Wednesday if he's not getting much game time. |  | | |

Waybe Brown can't kick a ball and is a moody so and so. Harrad is ok, not had too much of a run but would get a lot og goals in L2. You would want him on a 1 yr deal so you can get better if you go up. [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]
