If we only had 3 or 4 players of PL quality last season, and the rest pretty much Championship level at best, that's how you become the worst team in the PL.

Imo those 4 at the back would get any PL club relegated.
Perraud not good enough, Salisu should be ok now with the easy life in France,
Ketchup for 10m euros we couldn't have really expected much after 22 top flight games for an average Bundesliga club, he didn't disappoint, KWP I'll give you average lower end PL defender maybe.
Lavia who now will be on bench all season and JWP now at mid-lower end side are at the level, Charlie not proven yet. Best not evaluate the keepers or strikers I guess.
Anyway, my question is to anyone who thinks those four are quality PL defenders, please tell me why no offers have come in from ANY PL Club for any of our quality defenders since relegation. One would think they'd be knocking the door down, wouldn't they? | | | |

Supposedly he’s agreed a verbal deal with Dortmund, although that’s for his personal terms. But Dortmund are said to be only interested in a loan deal, with an option to buy, which to me I just can’t see the club accepting? As like what do we have to gain from loaning him out, to a club that might well not bother with him next summer and sign some other young star instead?
As really anyone who wants any of our main players tomorrow, should only be buying and no loans as what do we have to gain from that whatsoever? | |
