A win for Oxford would have put them in trouble but I want us up more than I want them down so I am glad we won. No fans turn against their team as readily as Pompey's. Their justification for this is that they believe they are such great fans that their team, manager and owners don't deserve them. They really are that deluded.

Could have done with a few more "you're going down with the Pompey " chants, though I did hear one "small town near Pmouth" from a couple of the yellows.
Sad tale I picked up last week. It seems a Mr Barry PIlchard , a resident of Eastern Rd Portsmuff had purchased a King Cobra from the Dark Web for his son's birthday.
During unwrapping the Cobra bit Mr Pilchard.
After 5 days of excruciating pain, extreme septic shock and subsequent total organ failure...the Cobra sadly passed away.

Do you remember the days when a bag of Revels included a few sweets with a peanut centre? At junior school we had a skate in our class called Simpkins who had a really bad nut allergy. Our Friday treat was to ambush him in the playground at lunchtime and drag him over to the tuck shop, we’d then pin him up against the wall and play Russian Roulette by force feeding him 6 randomly selected Revels one at a time (a bit like doing the FA Cup draw) He’d really have to hope and prey none of them were peanut ones…

At my school. even bringing in sweets from home was futile. They would be confiscated and fed as treats to the 2 leopards the school had leased from the zoo to patrol the perimeter fence as a deterrent to pupils thinking of absconding.

Ah, yeah , no. My puerile riposte was in response to Mr (or Madame) ITAO. My school didn’t have anything like tuck shops or fishy fondling folk. Lots of Billy Bunters and bullies though.
