Cameron Bragg wennt on loan at Crawley at League one last season, he started just 2 League games plus another 4 off the bench in the first 8 games, he then never played another minute, in his final 3 months at the club, out of the 15 games played he was an unused sub just 3 times and not even in the squad for the other 12.
We recalled him and he played in the U21 squad.

It will have been Tonda's decision to get rid of Downs and bring in a proper centre forward. The fact he made that decision tells me that Downs was the same in training as we saw on the pitch and Tonda saw nothing that he could work with. I doubt that will change and Tonda has made it clear that he doesn't want any deadwood hanging around. So DD needs to be moved on, even though we'll probably have to cover some of his wages for a few years. |  | | |

Downs is up there with Lee Todd for me as probably the worst player i've seen play for Saints. His touch was so bad it looked like he was wearing concrete slabs for boots and he had the footballing brain of a slowly rotting turnip.

No. We can only hope - above all hope - that he somehow plays a blinder with world class save after world class save to keep Millwall out.
I fear the alternative version of him however... a clown of a keeper and 4-0 to Millwall. | |

See i've never believed him to be our worst player for a number of reasons, firstly he actually came very close to scoring, secondly he was effectively a trialist, and thirdly he only played a small amount of time in one game.
If it hadn't been for the George Weah story i don't think it would've ever been given a second's thought beyond the people who wanted to name the most obscure player who'd played for us.
Lee Todd on the other hand had 10 appearances for us and looked like someone had let a competition winner on the pitch for all of them, he was also the only player i've ever seen another player take pity on during a game.
Damion Downes comes a close second though, i genuinely don't think i've seen a player with a worse touch playing for the club, and that's not confidence that's just pure ability | | | |
