Agree it's the right thing to do, BUT, at the same time J&J are telling many Asian countries that their cultures are wrong.
I've got a couple of really good friends who I've known for about 12 years now who moved over here from India (Assam region and Bangalore) for work - we got really close. The skin whitening thing is massive for them, it's cultural. I remember one of my friends telling me her Mum used to shout at her for going in the sun as it'd make her skin too dark.
It's a strange one as we would all look on that with horror, but it's so matter of fact in India that J&J could face a different type of backlash ...
